Echo is included on every Specifi plan, the Individual, the Team, and the Company tiers. There is no separate per-user fee, no per-channel surcharge, and no upgrade gate to use Echo. The single subscription covers Echo alongside the CRM, the proposal builder, projects, work orders, invoicing, the customer portal, the website builder, and Bob the AI. If you have a Specifi login today, Echo is already in your account, the question is whether you have connected your social accounts and queued up your first batch of posts.
Which social platforms does Echo support?
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Connect each account once via OAuth and Echo schedules and publishes posts across all three from a single calendar. Echo does not currently post to X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest, and those integrations are not on the published roadmap. If your buyers live on a platform Echo does not yet handle, the honest answer is to keep posting there manually for now and use Echo for the channels we do support, three platforms used consistently are worth more than five used once a quarter.
Does Bob write the posts, or do I have to?
Both, depending on how you want to work. Bob drafts social posts off the work you have actually finished, completed projects, products you fitted, photos already attached to work orders. Drafts arrive in your queue with captions in your tone of voice. You review, edit, or ask for another version, and only then does anything publish. Nothing posts without your sign-off. If you would rather write everything yourself, the editor and scheduler work the same way without Bob in the loop, you keep the AI on a leash that suits you.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes. The full content calendar lets you draft a month of posts in one batched session, then schedule each one to publish automatically at the time you pick. Drag any post on the calendar to reschedule it, fill empty days with new drafts, or duplicate a post across platforms with format-specific tweaks. You see at a glance which days have content queued, which days are gaps, and which posts are still in draft state, the calendar is the editorial overview, not a list of pending tasks buried in a notifications panel.
Where do the photos and videos come from?
Three sources, all live in the post composer. First, sign-off photos uploaded by your tech through the Specifi mobile app are pulled into Echo automatically when a project is marked complete, so the kitchen install you finished on Friday is ready to post on Monday. Second, you can upload your own photos and videos directly into the post composer when you have something stronger, a brand video, a polished case-study reel, a wider exterior shot. Third, selected suppliers and manufacturers have made their lifestyle photography available to Specifi integrators on the platform; you can use that imagery on your own social posts at no extra cost. Between the three, most integrators stop running out of things to post.
Does Echo send email campaigns to my customer list?
Echo is social today: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. It does not send bulk email, run segmented campaigns, or replace Mailchimp. If email marketing is part of your stack, keep your existing tool.
Inside Specifi, Bob the AI can draft individual emails from any CRM record: replies, follow-ups, one-off sends to a single contact. That is different from a campaign blast to a list, but it covers most day-to-day sending.
Can Echo run automated lead nurture sequences?
Echo is built for social posting consistency today: imagery, captions, scheduling, keeping content flowing without you having to think about it. It does not run drip sequences or conditional follow-ups yet, like the "nudge if a proposal has not been opened in seven days" pattern. That is on the roadmap without a committed date.
If you have nurture running in another tool, keep it. We will tell you the day automated nurture ships, rather than promise a date we cannot hit.
Will Echo replace my email marketing tool?
Echo is social only: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If Mailchimp or another platform is handling your email campaigns today, keep it.
Worth being clear on the Specifi promise. One subscription covers a real spread of business workflows: CRM, quoting, projects, invoicing, social. It is not a promise to replace every tool in your stack. Email marketing is a category we will revisit later.

Is the content calendar shared across the team?
Yes. Anyone on the same Specifi account with marketing permissions sees the same calendar, the same drafts, and the same scheduled posts. Two people drafting the same post is the most common collision, so an in-progress draft shows the editor's name beside it. Approvals can be routed if more than one person needs to sign off, otherwise the calendar is a flat shared view by default, the same model as the rest of the platform. There is no separate marketing-team subscription to buy.
