Converting inquiries into clients depends on many factors including your sales process, pricing, market conditions, and how you engage with prospects. What we can guarantee is consistent, professional marketing execution backed by our team of 5 specialists.
Do you follow up with leads or book appointments?: We create the marketing campaigns, content, and brand presence that generate visibility and interest in your business. Your team handles prospect follow-up, qualification, appointment setting, and sales conversations. Think of us as your marketing department, not your sales team.
What results can I realistically expect?: You can expect increased brand visibility, improved search rankings, consistent professional presence on social media, regular content production, and more traffic to your website. Marketing is a long-term investment—meaningful results typically appear after 3-6 months of consistent effort. We provide detailed performance reports so you can track progress across all channels.
How does paid advertising work?: For Ultimate tier clients, we manage your paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms. You set the advertising budget based on your goals and we optimize the campaigns for best performance. The ad spend itself is separate from your monthly Amplifi fee—we handle strategy, creation, and management of the campaigns.
Can I change or cancel my package?: Packages can be upgraded or downgraded with 30 days' notice to allow us to adjust resource allocation. Cancellation requires 60 days' written notice. We want to ensure we're delivering value, so we're flexible with your changing business needs.
Who owns the content you create?: You do. All content created for your business—blogs, graphics, videos, social posts, email templates—belongs to you and remains yours even if you cancel the service. We retain the right to showcase work samples in our portfolio.
How involved do I need to be?: Your involvement depends on your package tier. Essential requires one monthly call, Professional requires two, and Ultimate requires four monthly strategy calls. Beyond scheduled calls, we handle day-to-day execution. We'll need occasional input on brand direction, project photos/details for content, and approval on major campaigns, but we're designed to run with minimal interruption to your operations.
Do you work with AV integrators outside the UK?: While we're based in the UK and our pricing is in GBP, we work with AV integrators globally. Our team understands the international AV market and can adapt content and strategies for your specific region and target market.
