Is my data safe with Bob?
Your data is safe with Bob. Bob's core runs on Specifi's dedicated, encrypted cloud infrastructure, purpose-built for AV integrators, not as a wrapper on a public chatbot. Where we use best-in-class AI services for specific tasks like design assistance, all personal and client-identifying information is stripped before processing, and your data is never used to train any external model. You retain full ownership.
Can Bob access all of my data?
Bob can access your CRM, projects, invoices, calendar, work orders, POs, inventory, and email integrations. Bob only sees data within your Specifi account.
Will Bob send emails or create invoices without my approval?
Bob drafts emails and creates records, but actions that affect clients (sending emails, issuing invoices, payment reminders) require your approval before they go out. You're always in control.
How does the tone of voice feature work?
Bob learns your communication style from your existing emails and content within Specifi. Over time, the drafts match your natural writing style. Nothing to configure manually.
Can I use Bob on mobile?
