WeQuote does not offer these at any price.

WeQuote Pro publishes a region-pinned accepted-quote quota ($105K / £80K monthly, rolling over to $160K / £210K) before auto-upgrading to Premium. Subscription, field-user, onboarding and quote-cap values above are WeQuote's own published US and UK stickers, not FX conversions of each other. Office users are unlimited on every tier, so the office slider does not move their total. Inventory & Procurement, integration connections and any barcode hardware start at zero here: WeQuote list Inventory & Procurement as an add-on but do not publish a price for it, publish no per-connection rate, and nowhere state that their own scanner hardware is required. Set those sliders to whatever you have actually been quoted. The Stripe platform fee is 0.75% capped at £250 per transaction; the total assumes one large transaction per month, which is the most generous case for WeQuote. Buyers running many small transactions see a higher real fee.

Competitor pricing and features verified against their own published pages on 25 July 2026. Specifi pricing served via region detection. Prices exclude VAT, GST, US sales tax, and other applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

Where eachone wins.

Where WeQuote is stronger

Live trade pricing from 200+ UK distributors and 6,000+ brands, across 3.5 million products, updated daily. That catalogue depth and those distributor relationships are ahead of ours and they have built them properly. Unlimited office users on every plan, where we cap by tier. Multi-company and multi-currency quoting. The Snagg app for field techs. Integrations we do not offer, including Zoho, NetSuite, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Zapier. And their proposal view tracking, down to how long a client spent reading it, is a nice piece of work.

Where Specifi is stronger

Everything before the quote and some of what sits around it. A website, SEO, blogs and Echo social media, so your marketing reaches people who are not clients yet. A full CRM with pipeline and lead scoring rather than a connection out to someone else's. Two-way Gmail and Outlook sync across mailbox and calendar, so an email becomes a customer, project, work order or invoice without leaving the platform. A client portal that runs past the proposal into project visibility, change orders and payments. Bob the AI across the stack. SureBright extended warranty. And field users included up to your plan rather than charged per head.

Which to pick

Count your team first. If most of your people sit in the office, WeQuote's unlimited office seats are hard to beat and we will not pretend otherwise. If most of them are in vans, our included field users usually come out ahead. Then look at what sits either side of the quote. If you want the marketing that brings the enquiry in and the CRM that tracks it before it becomes a quote, that is where we are built to be different.

Cheaper depends onthe shape of your team.

The two pricing models point in opposite directions, and which one wins is arithmetic rather than opinion. WeQuote give you unlimited office users on every tier and charge £25 a month for each field technician. Specifi includes both, up to the limits of your plan, and charges for neither until you pass them.

So six people in the office and two in vans favours them, and it is not close. Three in the office and eight in vans favours us, for the same reason in reverse. Put your real headcount into the calculator above rather than taking either of our words for it, and set the add-on sliders to whatever you have actually been quoted.

What carries acrossand what doesn't.

Quote templates, product data, client records and quote history carry across, and both platforms run in parallel until you are ready to switch off, so quoting never stops mid-migration. Onboarding and training are included rather than sold as a separate package.

The part that does not carry across is the catalogue relationship. WeQuote have 200+ distributor feeds and we have fewer. If a specific distributor connection is how you price every job, check we have it before you move, and if we do not, that is a real reason to stay where you are.

They switched. Theyhaven't looked back.

We chose Specifi for its modern interface, streamlined project timelines, and advanced time management and proposal software. Specifi has streamlined our process from start to finish, and provides a more professional appearance to our clients. Their support is superb, often fixing issues within minutes of them being reported. They're innovating at a much faster pace than others in the space.

Specifi is an amazing software that literally runs our business operations. From initial proposals, sales and CRM to team and project management, invoicing & generating purchase orders. I would definitely recommend Specifi to anyone running a small to medium size audio visual or electrical company that wants a simple to use software that gets the business organised and looking super professional.
James BrownThe Cinema Company

What is the best WeQuote alternative for AV integrators?

Specifi is the closest alternative for integrators who want the quoting engine plus the CRM in front of it and the marketing in front of that. WeQuote is strong on catalogue depth and unlimited office users; Specifi adds a full CRM, two-way email and calendar sync, a client portal, and website, SEO and social media. Which is cheaper depends on how many of your people are in the office versus in vans.

Is WeQuote cheaper than Specifi?

It depends on the shape of your team, and there is no single answer. WeQuote publish £149 a month for Pro and £349 for Premium with unlimited office users on every tier, then £25 a month per field technician. Specifi is a flat fee by plan with office and field users included up to your plan limits. An office-heavy team usually costs less on WeQuote. A field-heavy team usually costs less on Specifi. Use the calculator with your real headcount.

What is the accepted-quote cap on WeQuote Pro?

WeQuote Pro is metered by the value of quotes you get accepted rather than by users or by quote volume: £80,000 a month, and unused quota rolls over up to £210,000. Go past it and the account moves to Premium from the next billing cycle. Premium and Enterprise are uncapped. It is a deliberate design choice rather than a catch, and it means a small team winning large jobs can outgrow Pro faster than headcount alone would suggest.

What does WeQuote do that Specifi doesn't?

Live trade pricing from 200+ distributors and 6,000+ brands across 3.5 million products, which is deeper than our catalogue. Unlimited office users on every plan, where we include a set number by tier. Multi-company quoting. And integrations we do not offer, including Zoho, NetSuite, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Zapier.

What does Specifi do that WeQuote doesn't?

A full CRM with pipeline and lead scoring rather than an integration out to one. Website building, SEO, blogs and Echo social media, so marketing reaches people who are not yet your clients. Two-way Gmail and Outlook sync across mailbox and calendar. A client portal that continues past the proposal into project visibility, change orders and payments. Bob the AI. And SureBright extended warranty options.

Can I migrate from WeQuote?

Yes. Quote templates, product data, client records and quote history carry across, both platforms run in parallel until you are ready to switch off, and onboarding and training are included. One thing to check first: WeQuote carry more distributor feeds than we do, so if a specific distributor connection is how you price every job, confirm we have it before you move.
