How text messages from Specifi work.
Program description
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Specifi (Specifi.io Ltd) relating to your inquiry, demo and onboarding call scheduling and reminders, customer-support updates, and account notices such as new invoices. Messages are sent by members of the Specifi sales and support teams. We do not send promotional marketing texts under this program.
Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or support case.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and we will then stop sending you texts. You can opt back in by replying UNSTOP.

Privacy
Your mobile number is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the telephony and messaging providers that deliver our texts.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
