Does Sherpa see my customer data?
Only on the Sherpa projects where they are a collaborator. Customer records, other projects, and your pipeline stay private to your account.
Is the Sherpa integration included or an add-on?
Included at the partner rate. There is no separate integration fee on top of the Specifi subscription.
Can I run non-Sherpa projects in Specifi too?
Yes. Specifi is manufacturer- and partner-agnostic. Sherpa collaboration is only surfaced on the projects you link to Sherpa.
