Build with Bob: describe what you want and Bob writes the whole proposal, with sections appearing as they're written. Bob uses the project's scope, payment terms, about-us text and service plans, and the build keeps going even if you leave the page.
Edit on the page: click any text to edit it exactly as the customer will see it, change fonts, colours and backgrounds, swap images from your media or free stock photos, or select any part and ask Bob to change just that. Advanced users can edit a section's HTML and CSS directly.
Brand kit and templates: draft brand guidelines from your company website and save the colours, fonts and design rules that Bob follows on every build. Save any section or a whole proposal as a template and start new proposals from it.
Send and control access: email the proposal from Specifi, copy the link or show it in the customer portal. Add a password, an expiry date or a view limit, and choose when customers can see it with Draft, Live and Agreed status.
Online acceptance: customers sign with a drawn or typed signature, pick optional upgrades with totals updating live, pin comments to any part of the proposal, and download a PDF.
Proposal analytics: see how often the proposal was opened, how long customers read and how far they got. See which sections held their attention, replay a visit, and know when a customer has it open right now.
Team comments: discuss the proposal internally in threaded comments the customer never sees, get notified in real time, and see which version each comment was made on.
