New features
Dispatch, under Work Orders → Dispatch. Jobs waiting for a visit sit on the left, and your crew's day or week on the right. Drag a job onto a person at a time to book it. Drag a visit to move it, or pull its edge to change its length. Undo is there for 10 seconds.
Book a crew across several days. Pick the people, the first day and how many days, weekdays only if you like. Specifi suggests the three best time slots: right role, nearest and least booked. If anyone would clash, nothing is booked and you're told who.
Plan mode. Try out changes without booking anything or messaging anyone. Drafts show dashed on the board. Auto-fill the day places unbooked jobs for you, urgent first. When you're happy, Review & apply books everything in one go.
The Dispatch map. Every visit and unbooked job is on the map, with each person's route. Each person starts from home or the office, and you can change that for a single day. Drive times between visits show on the board. For crew sharing their location, you'll see a live arrival time and a Text customer button if they're running late.
Customer confirmations. Nothing goes to the customer unless you choose. You can send a confirmation link; when the customer confirms, you're notified. Visits set to notify the customer also send an "On my way" text when the crew clock in on travel.
Improvements
Fewer messages for your crew. Changes made together send one message per person instead of one per change.
Working hours at a glance. Rows shade outside each person's working hours and leave. Each row shows booked against working hours, in red when someone is over. A visit turns red if nobody has clocked in 10 minutes after it should have started.
Kit for the day. Click a person's name to see everything they need for that day's jobs. Job cards show whether the kit is ready.
Faster planning. Select several visits and move them together. Use the arrow keys to nudge a visit 15 minutes or move it to another person. On a tablet, tap to book. Press ? for all the help.
