New features
Change orders used to be a simple form. Add some products, and that was it. Creating one now opens a full editor showing the project as it is, floor by floor and room by room, with the financial impact calculated live.
Work from the existing project. Every room's current products with +/− quantity controls; increases become additions, decreases become removals, and the change order builds itself.
Full product slideout, same as Build catalogue, bundles, favourites, custom products, recently used/viewed; configure bundles inside the change order; add bundles and custom products to multiple rooms in one action; rooms pending from other change orders are visible; adding the same product again increases quantity instead of duplicating.
Add floors and rooms, structural additions, not just product tweaks.
Change labour and additional costs in the change order, not only products.
Auto Labour works inside change orders, labour adjusts automatically as products change, with a preview of the impact before committing.
Edit after creating. A proper Edit mode on the same editor (previously create-only).
Navigate big projects. Global search and filters across rooms/products/systems, jump controls, table display settings.
See the money clearly. Live summary with subtotal, per-rate tax breakdown, and total change value; per-line discounts including accessory discounts; a redesigned change order list showing each CO's impact on project value.
Review with confidence. The read-only view is organised room by room into Added / Removed / Swapped tables; every product is clickable for full details (pricing, tax, accessories, bundle contents, MPN); products affected by a pending change order are badged in Build so nobody edits something mid-change; and approval now runs conflict detection on removals and swaps, warning you before clashing changes go through
