Labour no longer has to be typed in by hand. The system now generates labour automatically from the products in the project, every product carries install times per position (engineer, programmer, etc.), and the project's labour builds itself from what's actually being installed, from first proposal through to customer sign-off.
Turn on Auto Labour when creating a proposal, it's part of proposal setup, configurable there or later from the Labour panel, with a choice to keep or discard the auto lines if it's switched off.
Six customer-facing breakdown styles, whole project as one line, per room, per room + system, per room + position, per system, or per position. Same hours, presented the way that suits the customer.

Upgrade options carry their own install times. If the customer picks an upgrade on their proposal, the labour and price update automatically to match. No more upgrades sold with the base product's labour.
Proposal totals stay honest. The proposal's labour line, totals, and tax always reflect the current product list and the customer's selections.
Exemptions list. Exclude specific products or systems that shouldn't carry labour.
Clearly badged. Auto labour rows are marked "Auto" alongside any manual labour.
