Task notes and a unified notes timeline: You can now add notes and comments to individual tasks and mention teammates to notify them. Notes from tasks, work orders, projects, and customers all come together in one timeline, so the full history of a job is in one place.
Task templates: Build reusable groups of tasks and apply them to a project, work order, or customer in a couple of clicks. Perfect for standardising recurring processes like installs, surveys, and onboarding.
Change order emails: Change orders can now be emailed to customers directly from Specifi using your own email integration, so getting sign off no longer means leaving the platform.
Addresses and contacts on leads: Leads can now hold multiple addresses and contacts, managed from the lead page just like customers. Everything carries across when a lead converts to a customer, and you can copy details to the clipboard with one click.
Documents on expenses: Attach receipts and supporting documents directly to expenses and mileage claims, keeping everything needed for approval and bookkeeping together.
Improvement
Customer page financial overview: The customer page now shows a fuller financial picture, including project value, work order value, draft invoices, and archived totals, with tooltips explaining each figure. You can also now find customers and leads by searching their address.
Bug fix
Customers can now be saved without an email address, change orders handle product bundles more reliably, and live ADI pricing now appears on far more products.
